For the seven days through Sunday June 13, there were 36 contracts signed in Manhattan for properties priced for $4 million and above, marking 19 weeks of more than 30 luxury sales. This pace shatters the previous record of 6 weeks set in the spring of 2015. [Mansion Global]
Manhattan home sales totaled more than $3.5 billion in April, the highest amount on record, and 4.5% more than July 2014, the previous highest total going back to 2004 when the data began to be compiled. May had nearly $3.4 billion in Manhattan home sales for another strong month. [Mansion Global]
