Among seven major global cities, New York leads with 202 sales of properties priced over $10 million during the first six months of 2021 . This figure was nearly four times the sales total in 2020 and an increase of 36% from 2019. The aggregate value of the sold properties was $785 billion. Two Residences At Aman New York On Fifth Avenue Sell For $64.5 Million

Two residences at Aman New York , the Crown Building, on 57th street and Fifth avenue are in contract to sell for their full asking prices of $34.5 million and $30 million. The three bedroom apartments are each over 3,700 square feet. One is on the 18th floor; the other is on the 19th floor. The more expensive apartment includes a terrace of over 1,000 square feet with a private infinity-edge swimming pool and views of Central Park.

The Crown Building, built in 1921, is 26 stories and will consist of 83 hotel rooms and 22 residences on the top floors.
