In Manhattan during the first quarter of 2022 the residential real estate market thrived. Apartment sales increased 36% and the average sales price increased 17% year over year.
Sotheby’s International Realty reports that 2021 was the most active year ever in Manhattan residential real estate. Apartment sales increased 89% from Q4|2020. The average sales price market wide increased 6% year over year.
Sotheby’s International Realty reports in Manhattan during the third quarter of 2021 apartment sales increased 195% and the average sales price decreased 8% compared with the third quarter of 2020.
